Jordan was found buried in a four-foot hole with a diaper over his head, while mothballs were wrapped in blankets around his body to stop animals from digging him up, reported Cleveland.com.

Accrding to Larissa Rodriguez, sometime in September Christopher – her boyfriend and not Jordan’s father – brought the child into her bedroom in a ‘semi-conscious state’.

Rather than seek help, Larissa gave him a cold shower and laid him down on her bed for 24 hours. After he died, they buried him in the backyard.

The boy’s death went unreported from two months until police received a tip from Christopher’s brother, Scott, who was serving with the military in Pakistan.

He told police his brother had confessed to burying the child’s body in a phone call.

Police found the corpse on December 19 are two days of digging.

Ana Rodriguez, Larissa’s sister, described her nephew as a ‘sweet kid’, who she once found tied up with a sock in his mouth at her sister’s home.
‘I’m just so hurt and angry,’ she said after the remains were found. ‘I don’t know why they would do this to him.’

The couple both pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter, felonious assault, child endangering and gross abuse of a corpse on Thursday as part of a deal with prosecutors to avoid murder charges.

It all started with simple phone call, a man from pakistan claiming there is a child in his brothers celeveland backyard .

police went to talk to the five year old jordan rodriguez his mom and the story gets only more bizarre from there.

massive law enforcement response and the search still that’s still happening. investigators continue to dig through that yard trying to find out if the caller is even telling truth and the bigger question : where’s is jordan?

chief investigator ron regan has also been digging into this mystery.

” what we found , the children’s and family services has been telling us we’ve been talkin to throughout they have a quite a history on this women , and let me reveal som of the this affidavit from children and family services and inside of it they tell a story of a women who has been back and forth with them,shes not been charged.

with any crimes ,but , inside the affidavit they said that she decribes the history of problems with some children and going back some years and they also tell us that, she has about ten children. t

two of the children were permanently removed from the custody years ago ,but we ‘ve not been told why. that case is now sealed. two other children are living with there fathers then last night children and family services took emergency custody of five children .

now in the affidavit the worker describes the home as deplorable and and unsanitary infested with rats andcookroaches. and again, police are telling us that the mom has not been charged with a crime but children and family services says , that she has been taken into custody.

ana says she called child and family services multiple time about her sister and her condition her nieces and nephews were living in.

today dozens of investigators including FBI agents and medical examiner’s office are here at the home on west 80th of detroit.

Blue tarps went up to block out the backyard as the search intensified.

police say a tipster called from pakistan yesterday, told them that a five year old boy was burried in his familys backyard .when the police went to check the mom told officers the boy was in texas with his dad. but didn’t have a way to contact him.

police took the mom into custody yesterday, came back with a search warrant for the home. and the yard.they’re identifying the child as jordan rodriguez but have not yet released a photo .

the boy’s aunt showed upt o the scene desperate for answers with a heartbreakng message to their sister.
