The boynton beach police departement, a small building in a quite south florida town but what came out of here could be any bigger or louder.
This guy Mohamed walks into the boynton beach police station and he says ” i know a women who’s trying to hire a hitman to kill her husband.
the man,Mohamed Shihadeh was recorded as he talked to detectives of his one-time lover .

He tells police he’s speaking out to save the man-s life.
It’s a quite story
By the time police didn’t know what to believe, they wasn’t sure what they had.
To get proof the cops make Mohamed a confidential informent.
He arranges to meet Dalia at this gas station. Cops are staked out as the mystery women arrives.
Police was suprised , she didn’t look like the type. she didn’t look like a killer.
But she about to show her truth colors.
She gets into Mohamed’s silver Lexux, while you can’t quite see them on the hidden camera cops had installed you can sure hear them talking about a hit man.
She just talking about it the way like she’s ordering lunch.
Mohamed tells Dalia the hit man wantts 1.200 dollar to by a gun. she comes prepared, she has a wad of cash in her bag and counts it out and hands it over
and shortly afterward gives him a photo of mike.
and in that moment the dectetives realize:
” ah we’ve got her , this is real ,she just handed him 1.200 dollar and a picture of her husband that she wants murdered”
Detectives were shocked how easily she talked about getting her husband kulled.
Two days later ,the talk turns to action in this CVS parkinglot .
she’s not there to pick up a prescription.
This is Widy Jean, an undercover police officer .
Police says Dalia thinks she is an actual hit man in his cherry red convertable.
He makes his plan crystal clear, burglary gone wrong that leaves mike dead.
the undercover detective te really wantsto nail Dalia , make sure he’s got in on tape and on camera ,she is really going to pay him to kill his husband and he says.” are you sure dalia?”
there it is …the press would have a field day with this line .
No she wasn’t just hundred percent sure ,she was five thousand percent sure that she wanted her husband killed.
the not so cute little girl agrees to a plan , she leave the house early wednesday morning
Sure enough she’s at this Gym around 6 a.m. wednesday
leaving Miked dippolito home alone in bed still recovering from liposuction from two weeks before.
at this point the police have all the evidence they need,these are experienced officers , you know you have enough.
you have a case done -end of story. But not end of television show.
Television show? that’s right , it turns out a reality show has come to boynton beach, and the timing couldn’t be better.
They ‘ll be able to film the last part of the police investigation
Detectives were going to stage this fake crime scene.
The TV show cameras are rolling, when police wake up mike .
Police told him that his wife had hired a person to kill him. Mike was totally in shock .
They drive him away and tranform the street to make it appear they’re really investigating mike’s murder.
The TV show cops along with Boynton beach police have cameras rolling when a detective Dalia at the gym .
she’s back in a flash, what happens next,we know the cops areacting.what about dalia? she was shaking of her body ,there wasn’t any real tears coming out of her eyes.
The crying ,the scream ,the bending over….

They bring in officer widy jean the suposed hit man from the car.she just stared at him ,she said she didn’t know him .
And then … call it a resurrection, police have another suprise for Dalia dippolito.she sees her husband and he’s alive.
Cops captured this moment as well ” what your’re alive “
i love that moment and i’m sure a jury will .
she kept saying ” i didn’t do anything” was that all she could think of to say ?
Didn’t do anything? what about the hitman , what about all those tapes

Dalia Dippolito was arrested on charges of solicitation to commit first-degree murder and went to trial in April 2011. Her defense attorney argued that Dalia and Michael Dippolito had teamed up with Shihadeh to create a video, which they hoped would get them noticed and be a launching pad to a reality-TV career.
Prosecutor Elizabeth Parker argued that Dalia Dippolito was after her husband’s money and his $250,000 condo, and she wanted him out of the way so she could be with another man. Parker also argued Dalia Dippolito knew her husband was a paroled felon and first planned to plant drugs on him and then call the police to have him arrested, before her plan escalated to murder to get rid of Michael Dippolito.
The jury found Dalia Dippolito guilty and a judge, calling the plot “pure evil,” sentenced her to 20 years in prison.
But a Florida appeals court judge ruled that the jury wasn’t selected properly, tossed out the conviction and ordered a new trial, which is set to begin in May 2016.
Dalia Dippolito is now under house arrest at her mother’s home wearing an ankle bracelet. She said she’s on medication for depression and anxiety.
