Joseph Killins’ trial came to an emotional end as a Florida jury returned its verdict after less than 30 minutes of deliberation. Killins is accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a DoorDash delivery driver, shooting the driver’s girlfriend’s sister when she tracked the victim’s phone in an attempt to rescue her, and attacking another woman in a separate incident. As the verdict was read, Killins became visibly upset, jumped up and had to be restrained by bailiffs before being taken from the courtroom.
