In March 2014, authorities found a severely malnourished 5-year-old Jordan Bleimey— who reportedly weighed just 29 pounds — after he was allegedly locked inside a small closet under the stairs of a Houston-area home. His father, Bradley, and stepmother, Tammi, were arrested and charged with felony child endangerment.

the horrifying  alegations ,his story  made a national headlines.starved and lock under the stairs.the shocking exlusive story ,the biological mom speaks out and for the first time we’re going inside  were the boy  was allegedly held.

spring ,Texas  in front this two story house. from the ouside it frp, the outside  it looks  like any other house .on the street , but  police claim that inside it held a shocking secret.

according to authorities an innocent five- year -old boy

was being held prisonier   in a  tiny closet .

under the stairs,allegedly terrorized at the hand of his very own

father and stepmother.

“Tonight ,five years old jordan is at children ‘s memorial recovering. after police say he nearly die because he was starved.

bradly  and tammy blight meyer were arrested

and tammi   bonded out of jail.

they were charge after deputy constables realized jordan have been locked in a small fourth by room under the staircase.”

“the bruises and the cuts on this child’s body his bones are literally sticking out of his skin.”

“it’ s something out of a third world country.”

“he was wearing a soiled dipar when cops found him friday at a motell, cops found out about this horror , because the boys courageous 16 stepbrother had enough and got into a fight, with this stepfather over the alleged abuse of this little boy.”

” with cops on the way ,the stepmother took the boy and fled her home allegedly to hide him from cops.”

investigators say tammy has six other children a one year old who is now in foster care her5, 7, 13, 14 and 16 year old are headed to a shelter. tammy is pregnant with her seventh child.

his biological mother windy hall appeared before a judge she’s dighting for full custody of her only child.

windy:“he’s been through a lot,and i want him to know that mom never gone leave you again.”

Dr phil spoke to assistant chief mark herman of the harris county constables office precinct 4.

 mark herman said ” this case is the most horrific that he has seen in his 28 years in law enforcement.”

How did the police get involved in this episode.

mark said that they in the law enforcement see a lot of bad stuff and there’s a few things that will stick with you through your careeer of law enforcement.this is one of them.
he says ,we got a call oof a 16 year old and his stepdad fist fighting in the front yard.”

deputies respond , they get out there and separate them.

the 16 year old starts saying “look, we fighting” because he came home and saw that i left my five year old stepbrother out of the closet . now he was hungry ,he was crying he’s being abused “

the deputdies immediately go inside the house start looking for the five year old

few minutes later they we’re told by witnesses on the scene, that the stepmother moments before deputies arrived had hed fled the location with the child.

why whould she flee the scene? that is a good question.

Deputies did have dialogue with tammy that night . it took them 26 hours to actually recover this kid .
deputies were told lie after lie after lie by both tammy and the husband. one case she said that the dad took the child to Alabama.
she talked to one of the officers and told the officers that he asked his folks to take him to a doctor in the woodland.
deputies were on a wild goosechase basically.

how did the deputies ltimately recover the child.

deputies resorted to tracking tammy and brad cell phones deputies went parking lot to parking lot , motel room and motel room

and they found the vehicle at a motel

a few minutes later deputies see the dad ,bradley,who knows that deputies looking for the child. come out the hotel room .
tammy and bradley knew that deputies asked to see the child but they’re withholding the child

so was that a crime at that point?

at that point deputies really wanted to check the welfare of the child .when they confronted the dad , he did let the deputies in the room.

and the minute deptuies saw the child.they saw bruises on his head, injures to the front of the head ,the back of the head.

they immediately arrested the dad onthe spot.

deputies called an ambulance immediately for the five year old.

so deputies goes inside the home , looking for the child and he’s not there. deputies were led to this closet area where the child had been kept. deputies had two independent witnesses at the scene that said the child had been in that closet .

they had the door barricade and they won’t let him out . minutes after the officers went back outside they were told by the 16 year old that if they looking for the child he’s gone ,she left with him right before you got here.

so deputies were told that by two separate witnesses.and that’s how officers knew to look inthe closet because of what the 16 years old said.
and a nother witness that at the house.a 14 year old girl.she said the same thing.

their stories were consistent that the child was being kept in the closet.he iskept in the closet quite often.he is locked in there deprived of food long periods of time ,

actually, the fight that had occured that evening was a result of the 16 year old coming home from work and hearing his five year old stepbrother in the closet crying saying ” he’s hungry “

and he opened the door and observed him in a diper only with urine and feces all over him and just saying”please give me something to eat, i’m starving , i’m hungry”
and the dad comes home minutes later after he had let the kid out of the closet ,that’s why the fight resulted between stepdad and stepson.

there have been a past history at that house , they had been various calls for service there. police had reporte before about possible abuse and neglect . so police have done many , many welfare checks at the location.

but everytime officers would go, they wouldn’t answer the door , they would be evasive ,they would’t let the officer’s in ,

CPS had active cases on the family, back in january of this year a babysitter reported to the police that there was possible abuse of this child and the police immediately went to the location,tried to see the kid,they wouldnt let the officers see the kid.

it took them nine days to pyhysically, they literally had to have a deputy sit outside that house for hours waiting for them to come home or make movement, january 29th, the stepmother drives up the driveway ,the deputy aproaches or says “hey, we want to see the child in question”

and the stepmother said” you’re not coming in my house and then at that point the dad bradly comes to the door and says” yeah, your guys can come in and see the kids.

so the deputy goes in physically,sets eyes on the kid in question and she puts in a report he looked healthy ,he looked ok.
so whatever his conditon that transpired occurred from that day to present . Janury 29  till now.

when police ultimately did recover the child ,he was malnourished he had bumps, bruises , cuts on his head ,they had him dressed in just bulky clothes , like a hoodie and some pants that were like three sizes to big.

this picture was tken the day he was recovered.and the tiper was on him when he was found. and there were some pictures that investigator’s just could’t release.
the five year old kind of rolled offthe bed and just kind of staggered toward the first officer, the officer said “he could barely walk” and saying he’s never seen nothing like that ever before.

what do the police think happened here?

hwo was the driving force here?was it the stepmother?the father ?

the police have filed charges on both of them,

mark. H” the culpability is there once we are finished connecting the dots and putting the puzzle together, i feel there will be more charges filed on on both of them .

 now  bradly  is in custody right now .

and tammi she’s out on bail.

 mark said that the other children appear to healthy and well nourished. 

the 16 year old and the other witness ,the girls  explanation of why this child was singled out ,(if  in fact he was singled out ) had said something  about” they would put him in the closet  for punishment and sometimes leave him in there all day and stuff like that.

his biological mother reveals what her son has told her about the horrors he allegedly endured.

so where was the boy’s mother during the alleged abuse. she says she dropped him off for a visit two years ago at his paternal grandparents house, she claimes that jordans dad picked him up from that visit and never brought him back.

dr phil makes clear about what he wants people to understand that windy’s son didn’t just go missing two years ago and windy go ,well darn that.

wendy ” i fought , as soon as i got off the phone with him that day i called the police and they instructed me that there were nothing that they could do for me”
windy never had gone to court for custody.che knew where her child was inside that house.she knocked on the door and told that she wanted her son back.

she left notes on the door. she went over there with police officers, but bradly and tammi wouldn’t answer the door.,they wouldn’t answe windy’s phone calls,they wouldn’t reply to her text messages .

wendy filed a motion with the court for custody with the attorney general’s office and it took them almost eight months to get windy a court date.

and doing all this time wendy had no access to her son .none. wendy message tammi on facebook,begging tammi to let wendy have some time with her child.

tammi messaged wendy on facebook threatening to file restraining orders on wendy for threatening tammis children. wenda had never threatene her children. all she asked for was to see her own child.

wendy had so many nightmares she would wake up crying in the middle of the night she talk about mother’s intuition, she could truly feel that something was wrong.

they completely shut wendy off from jordan’s life . bradley had no reason for it other then what wendy really believes is spite, tha’ts a bond that should never have been broken wendy said.

its been two years essentially and then wendy get the phone call from the police .

it was the sargeant ,who wendy had actually called him out friday morning to do a well child check and brad and timmi were both at home and told the officer that hey had taken jordan back to alabama the night before.

this officer actaully happened to be from alabama and he knew how long it took to get there driving and the time period that they were giving him did not match up so he knew they were lying

but this wasn’t the first wendy knew that anything was wrong. february the 15th wendy got on her facebook and she noticed that she had three messages , one was from tammi’s own brother and then two of them were from women who used to babysit the children and they were all saying ,” do you know where your son is, do you know what´s going on.”

wendy was so scared they they were going to find my child in a ditch somewhere. and no one could get a straight answer out of either bradley or tammi where the child was and then they found him in the hotel room with bradly

when this child was taken to the hospital, he weighed 29 pounds, this isnt’ like he’s a little thin. the doctors told wendy, that he was days away from starving to death.

According to the CPS the officials visited the house on the 28 of february and they said the child was not in the state of malnourishment.wendy says that’s a lie. wendy asked the pediatrician at the hospital how long could this have gone on for it to be this bad. the doctor told her that no less then four months

the black thing on his right shoulder is a taser mark where bradley tased him.that’s from an electrical shock.

and how did wendy know that her son was tased?
not only did the medical professionals at the hospitals would say it looked very similar to a taser 

but the 16 year old who is tammi’s oldest son he came up to the hospital and told wendy that he heard bradley upstairs with the taser and he heard it go off and and then he heard jordan say ” ow.” then he heard bradley tell him ” you better shut up or you gonna get another one.
that is of course an allegation that hasnt been proven.

Imagine the torture this child indured,child protective servies insist , no, no,no, a social worker visisted and photograph th boy ,just five weeks ago and everything was fine and dandy.

first look at the court records in this case , they show CPS may have known about jordans abuse

records indicated january of this year. one of the kids in the home told his counselor abuse was going on

and his dad pushed his little brother’s head against the wall.

and whenever the little boy was allowed out of his closet under the staircase ,he was forced to stand in the corner eat dinner alone according to these records

 wendy:“you can look at him and see the type of condition that he was in,he had enourmous whelps, and three quarters of his face was black and  purple, the doctors did a cat scan that  day and they told me they found old blood on his brain from the brain hemorrhaging from being being hit in the head so  hard.

wendy:“when i asked my baby what those bruises  on his faces were from … he told me brad put him in the corner for being bad and then  when he was being bad in the corner  that brad hit his face on the wall.i will never forgive that man for the way  he treated him.”

police report  says  that there were  bumps bruises, severely underweight malnourished, bones sticking out , shoulder blades ribs and vertebrae showing through the skin.abrasions on the back bleeding from the back ,skin coming off of back . 

wendy: “when  i walked into  the room, the child laying in  that  bed had the same eyes and the same smile and the same voice.but he did not look like the baby that i had seen two years before that, i told ho, that i missed him so much and then i promised that i would never , never be away from him again .

wendy:” you dont neeed  to  be a medical professional to tell that this  chils was kept from food, when we first got him into the hospital some of the family brought in Nutella and  crackers and he watched it like a hawk ,he was so defensive when we took him to the playroom up there, they have a  little kichen  with all this fake food and stuff, i mean  this room is full of toys and the only thing he wanted to play with was that food.

 wendys understanding  where the closet was in the house was  underneath the stairs.

 Wendy: “this is how they were able to hide him with ,when CPS and police came out, they had an extra  little room inside the room in the closet. and it was just a small little cubby hole ,but if you put stuff  in front of it , you can’t even tell there’s a door in there. thechildren called it  the harry potter room  because it was hidden.”

what did   jordan tell her mommy about  the closet .

wendy:” i asked him if  he had a bed and ,he told me that he had one  upstairs but  not downstairs. and i asked him , do you have a  blanket? he said ” no” i said what about   a pillow?”no” i asked him if he had gone to a  doctor or a dentist and he told me “no”

jordan said that he  was locked up with a padlock under the  stairs. given drugs to sleep, when people came over  to the house .

 wendy: i was told  by some of brad and his family friends that they were giving jordan ADHD  medication,i was also told that  they were giving him antidepressants to keep him groggy. so that when police or anything came over  so they just didn’t have to deal with it.

but not let him out.

Wendy : they  told the other children in the house, if they went down there and and tried to help  him, that  they would get hurt . i know thatr bradley had fought with the 16 year old countless times when he went  down there  and tried to  help jordan out of the closet .

 Wendy:”  tammi’s brother and her son had contacted me and they were going to try literally go downstairs while there were asleep and pull him out of the  closet and drive over to our house.

so he actually mention the closet …?

wendy:yeas , i mean that the babysitter told me  that the day that she …because her and tammy had been friends about eight or nine   years. and …i mean she told me she was at heir house and  brad had to go to the store ,and tammi wanted   brad to take jordan with him. 

 wendy:so he went to the closet and  at that time jordan had been drugged ,he was very woozy, brad grabbed him by his shoulders and picked  him up and put him on his feet and then he said  come on  and jordan didn’t step right away and so he grabbed him by the back of his head and  slammed his face inot the wall.

wendy: ” the babysitter told me that, that  right then ,she called CPS.

Whats  wendy’s understanding about  how long  jordan  would be in that closet  at  a time.

wendy said:” they left him in there ,i mean , all day. all night ,they would open  it every so often to just make sure that he was still alive.

attorneys for jordan stepmother tammi Bleimeyer allowed Dr Phil  inside  the house where police say  the little boy  was locked  up inside a closet   under the stairs.

 “i want you to  watch for anything  that might seem strange ,does the home appear to  have been cleaned up?”

tammi’s attorney julie  ketterman took  Dr Phil  on a tour.

julie:” This is tammi’s house. she lives here  with her six children

and  then brad moved in with jordan when  they got married , she’s pregnant wigh her seven.

 julie: over to the left we have  the 16 year olds bedroom.

Dr phil :“looks like we’re under construction here……”

julie: it’s just an older house …”

julie :” this is the actual room that jordan shared with his stepbrother.and if you ask the five year old sister, she says the same thing.this  is where he slept .

Dr Phil:” has this room been painted since the allegations have been made because it still masked off.and  if two  little boys lived in here it looks awfully pristine if two  little boys lived in here.

julie: if it has , has not , i don’t really  think about it.

 julie: and the last room we have is the girls  rooms.they’re  out of rooms up here ,that’s why  tammi sleeps downstairs.

julie :this is the closet.now what’s interesting about it is if you open it..it’s acutally off the hinge and… and its benn that way  for quite a while .it comes open.

Dr phil : how long have these clothes been here?

 julie ;they stay here ,but back here.if you move all the stuff. which is why  it’s ..it’s just  ridiculouse that the 16 year old says is where he stayed.

julie: here’s baby clothes and baby items , 

Dr phil :  alright, so this is the stairway because it’s slanted there.

 julie: yes.

dr phil: is what , may be four  by three ?

 julie : what the 16 year old was saying is that jordan  actually had to stay in that room  .

 Dr phil: back in here.

julie: right,and as you can see.not possible.and these  are all the one year olds,because this is where it’s basically  her closet . i think you can see the plastic  drawers we’re all her stuff is.

 Dr phil: so for her to get to her one year old stuff , she went under a solid row of clothes get down on her knees open  this and  got stuff up for a one year old?

 julie: when you have six kids. you do what you can , i can show you also  and this is where  some of her shoes are. she keeps her shoes inthe living room over there and clothes upstairs .

 Dr phil: so.. tammi´s position that this child  was never kept in  this closet ?

julie: never kept in the closet 

Dr phil: never.punished by being put in this closet.

 dr phil:was never in here never in this cubby hole crawlspace.

julie: it didn’t happen.

tammi’s attorneys insisted that her home had not been altered in any way ,but Dr Phil have to say

it appeared the bedrom jordans stepmother claims he slept in had been freshley painted.

he saw paint rollers out in the yard

that were stained the same cloro as the walls inside.

the home seemed like it hadbeen thoroughly clean, not a single thing was out of place.

yet an odor that smelled to Dr phil like cigarettes, and uring. hung in the air.

the stepmothers side of the story .

attorneys julie ketterman and james heddlestein are representing tammi in a custody battle for her children . they say , she´s done nothing wrong and her children should be returned to her .

dr phil ,and the attorney’s sitting right now in front of the closet alleged to have been the prison

julie: this is it.

dr phil: is this house staged for this interview?
julie: absolutely not.we have pictures before we’ve even got your pone call .of the house looking like this.

dr phil : as i understand it, the allegaiton are that this child was kept in here , was not fed other than just bread and water.

Dr phil: how did we get in this situation? hoe did this happen?
james: the child’s definitely been neglected, it’s obvious in the photographs and the father needs to answer some serious questions about why he looks like that. the issue though he hasn’t been in this household.

james: and the news is heard mom sau i haven’t seen whithout his shirt on , well ,the 20th  of march when she saw him  he came over wearing a black hoodie and she didn’t recognize  he looked that way  he’s always been kind of skinny kid she says.

Dr phil: so , there was a fight he  between the 16 year old and brad.,the 16 year old  reports that, that fight was over letting him out of this closet.

julie: and it wasn’t .

Dr Phil: so he’s lying.

 julie: absolutly

Dr phil:  a 16 year olds  is lying?

 julie: yeah.absolutely.

 Dr phil: is the 14 year lying too?

 julie:  absolutely , neither one of them  liked brad since the day they got married . and they  have trying  to get rid of brad, so that was the issue, that’s what the fight was 

 Dr phil: when CPS had come here previously and asked to come in the  house , did tammie denied them access?

james: that’s the allegation .

 julie: that’s the allegation, i can tell you that CPS has been involved in this investigation since january. she’s told them everything she knows.

 Dr phil:what’s she doing in this motel?

julie: she was going to pick up the divorce papers

 Dr phil: well, this are the pictures that were taken the day he was taken. that day.

 julie: this child has been abused and neglected  absolutely but not by tammi, i can show you pictures in february where he looked fine.

Wendy: this is him in february

 wendy:  this is actually one of the days that she met with CPS at the school .

Dr phil:  do you believe  your client should be  charged right now?

 julie: absolutely not.

Dr phil: but she was charged .

julie: what there’s alleging is that she didn’t do this but they basically turned the blind eye and didn’t stop  it , that’s what the allegation is , but i believe once they get the full picture and understand that  this child hadn’t been in this  home and even

julie: CPS  reports say  that when they saw jordan in february , he had no marks, no bruises nothing.

Dr phil:ok. and then  it was then that he left here .?

 james: correct.

 Dr phil: brad took him  and left back to alabama ?

julie: back to alabama.

Dr Phil: CPS  came to this house on the 27 of march , ok ,so she saw  jordan on the twenty -seven?

 james: right.

Dr phil: why did’t she reported?

 julie: she didn’t see anything, he had a black hoodie on. ,she…

Dr phil: she saw him in this condition.

julie: no.

 james: she saying that when he .. the way   that he was dressed and wearing a black hoodie he’s always beein a very skinny kiddo .but  certainly she says she didn’t see him with his shirt off that  day  the photograph you have there  ,she said she  saw  for ther first time  this past tuesday.

Dr phil:my question is , if she saw this child and she didn’t see him like this

julie: no , with blue jeans ..

 Dr phil with baggy…i deal with a lot anorexic,i know you can hide   with bulky cloths , i have had discussions with houston law enforcement and this child was on death’s door. this was a malnourished child that was on the brink of organs shut down.

james: absolutely.

 julie:  absolutely.

 Dr phil : and a mother of six kids  ,how, i don’t see  how you missed that.

 julie: you  just said that you , you’ve  seen anorexics and they know how to dress .if this dad was doing this to him which we believe he was, dont you thing he’s going to dress him in a way that he can take him out in public and nobody’s going to get suspecious.

and here’s what everybody needs to understand., the two people who are making  this allegations are the two people that cannot stand brad the most , one being  16 year  old boy who’s bipolar and not taking his medication

you talk to the other five year old and the other child that don’t have the motivation to lie and they say , well yeah , he slept in ther room with the brother, yeah  he played with me all the time and yeah  he at with us when we ate.

Dr phil:so  if it turns out that jordan was not in  alabama but was  here.

 julie: correct.

 Dr phil: in this house between that  time. then  your client has a problem.

julie: absolutely 

james: aboslutely.

Dr phil reached out to jordan’s father  bradley Bleimey hwhos is currently in jail  as well he attorney  ,they both declined to comment  .

now  tammis attorneys gave  us this traffic ticket to back up their claim that bradley left town and took his his son to alabama. the ticket  puts  bradley in alabama

the ticket  puts  bradley in alabama, january 23 rd 2014 , they also provided  us with medical records from march  2013 jordan apparently sick with a sore throat but doctors noted he was an otherviwes healthy boy who had a good appetite.

 Dr phil :  if  in fact they they were negecting abusing ,failling to feed.protect  and nurture this child ig all of this those things are two  of the  allegations are true  ,who’s the  rngleader?

wendy: honestly, there both at fault , the family and friends have told me ,when they ask tammi  why dont you stop him,because of the way bradley would punich him and

wendy :  she would say, well he´s not mine so it’s not really up to me how he’ disciplined, she had every part of it. he could have put her foot down , she could have stopped this, she shose not to 

Dr Phil: is he starting to be like  he was before.

 wendy:  when ihad him jordan he was so happy we we love to play and run around i dont think hes’ exactly back to the person he was just  yeat but he is definitely on his way  there.

Dr phil: how do you feel about the fact that this women’s out walking around free right now?

wendy:  that women should never have been alllowed to get out on a two thosuand dollar bond. for what she did to  my child.

Dr phil: she say the 16 year old doesn’t respect the father so ,he´s lying about  the abuse?

 wendy: yeah ,that’s what they told everybody. but at 16 year od he’s a hero. if he wouldn’t have  done for my son what he did and allowed himself to be beaten up by breadly, becaue he was trying to help jordan my son.. .we would probably be having a funural for him right now.

since Dr phil and he’s crew   recorded these interviews , jordan has made remakable progress according to his mother . he has gained  weight and strong enough to be released from  hospital

for now hild protection  services has custody  but he  is living his grat  aunt and his mother wendy has unlmited access to it .
