This is how Dr. Tomasz Kosowski was convicted of murdering attorney Steven Cozzi, without a body ever being found. Kosowski was found guilty of first-degree murder on September 23, 2026. The judge will decide between death and life in prison without parole after a Spencer hearing on October 8, 2026.
