On the afternoon of August 5th 2019, convicted sex offender, Allan George was approached by officers in Rifle, Colorado in relation to a undercover sting operation.
By that point in August, Allan was fully aware that he was under investgiation as they had spoke with him previously on the matter but no charge had initally been placed against him.
With threats towards himself & towards police being made, Allan had to be locked up before he could lash out on anyone, when officers eventually came face to face with him, a confrontation ensued & he was shot dead.
