How a Cop Catches a Shoplifter Red Handed

We’re taking a look at a shoplifting investigation that happened on February 5, 2024. When the first officer arrived on scene at Kohl’s, he was met by a loss prevention associate at the front doors. The associate said he observed a known shoplifter enter a dressing room where he suspected she was concealing items on her person.
