ITV News has uncovered a photograph showing Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Peter Mandelson alongside convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. It is the first known image of the three men together.
Released as part of the the Epstein files, it is understood to have been taken between 1999 and 2000 – before the financier was imprisoned for soliciting prostitution from a minor.
Following the release of the files, Peter Mandelson was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office, before being released on bail.
He said, via lawyers, that he looks forward to clearing his name. Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, who was arrested for the same offence, has consistently denied any wrongdoing.
