Murdered Cousin & her Husband
Brian Joseph Dorsey (52) is scheduled to be executed in Missouri on April 9, 2024. Dorsey was convicted and sentenced to death for the 2006 murders of his cousin, Sarah Bonnie (25), and her husband, Benjamin Bonnie (28), in New Bloomfield, Missouri. Dorsey also sexually assaulted Sarah’s body after she was deceased.
UPDATE (TUESDAY, APRIL 9, 2024): Brian Joseph Dorsey (52) was executed this evening by the State of Missouri. Official time of death was 6:11pm local time. Dorsey had his final meal at 11:00am this morning that consisted of two bacon double-cheeseburgers, two orders of chicken strips, pizza with sausage, pepperoni, onion, mushrooms, and extra cheese, and two large orders of fries. No reports from the media at this time of last words spoken just prior to being executed. In a written statement dated April 7, Dorsey expressed remorse and apologized to the families of murder victims, Ben and Sarah Bonnie, which includes his own family, since he and Sarah were cousins.
