The most significant and heavily reported case occurred involving a 28-year-old mother named Samantha Fletcher
The Incident: In March 2026, police responded to a disturbance at a Walmart on Levittown Parkway in Tullytown Borough (Bucks County), PA. According to responding officers and witnesses, Fletcher was acting aggressively, shouting at her twin children, and dragging one of them by a backpack leash.
She then violently dropped or slammed the young boy into a shopping cart, causing him to hit his head and lose consciousness
