February 11, 2024, two bystanders in Las Cruces , New Mexico spotted a man who started a fire and began acting erratically in front of a warehouse where one of the bystanders worked.
They recorded the man and called 911.
A singel officer responded to the call, while his fellow officers were scattered around the city answering routine calls on Super Bowl Sunday.
